  To view a Report Card for a school, choose the school level and type in any part of the school’s name (for example, Hen for Patrick Henry Middle School) or any part of the school's street name or zip code and click Go. Next, select the matching school.

For a summary of schools, select the appropriate summary report from the "Report Card Type" drop-down list.

KNOWN DATA ISSUES: The Office of Data and Accountability has been advised that the following data metrics may be inaccurate on the 2014-2015 School Report Cards: percentage of Long-Term English Learners (LTELs), percentage of students who score Basic or higher on the Scholastic Reading Inventory (SRI) and the percentage of 12th grade students who complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
